Orders may only be placed for goods subject exclusively to the terms and conditions below. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. All goods offered are subject to availability.

Terms and Conditions
Whilst every effort will be made to fulfil orders, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, lockout, fire, flood, drought or other causes beyond the control of MSR-Memorabilia.

Complaints
Customers must notify MSR-Memorabilia of any shortage of goods or other complaints or problems immediately visible via our Email address on the website within 48 hours of delivery. In the event of non or damaged delivery, breakages, shortages or otherwise, the only obligation on MSR-Memorabilia shall be to return any monies paid by you in respect of the same and goods must not be returned to us without our prior consent.
